| Abstract: | At present, the employment of college graduates witnesses a severe challenge. It takes hard and complex work to realize the full employment for college graduates. Universities and college should meet the needs of new situation and do a good job for graduate' s employment by adjusting their structures and mechanism according to the market, strengthening function by practice, taking painstaking efforts, perfecting the policy, optimizing the enviroment. |
