摘    要:企业组织结构化理论关注的核心是 ,如何在企业组织的元要素之间分配权力与利益 ,才能使企业具备决策、协调和激励功能 ,形成有效的内部治理结构 ,保证企业的运行效率 ,实现生存和发展的目标。多年的探讨中出现了同意综合逻辑的倾向 ,而股份合作制似乎被看作就是一种综合逻辑的企业组织形态。笔者则认为 ,股份合作制的企业形式是改革实践中的勇敢尝试 ,是企业组织结构化的有益探索 ,但其内在诸多矛盾使其未能完成资本逻辑与劳动逻辑的有效综合 ,未能实现企业组织的结构化。

Abstract:The theory of structural organization of enterprises is mainly aimed at optimizing the share of power and interests between the primary elements of an enterprise in order to equip it with the ability of decision-making, coordination and stimulation so that an effective internal management structure can be formed, efficient operation guaranteed and the existence and development maintained. Years of discussion have led to a tendency to appreciate the integration logic while the joint-stock system seems to be regarded as an organizational form of enterprise. The author expresses the idea in the paper that although the joint-stock form is a courageous try in the practice of reform and a helpful probe for structural organization of enterprises, thanks to the large number of internal problems, it does not have a complete integration of capital logic and labor logic and so has not really realized the structural organization of enterprises.
