| 摘 要： | 加快高技术产业发展对促进经济结构调整和带动产业结构升级具有巨大的支撑作用.通过纵向对比可以看出,哈尔滨市高技术产业的各项指标与已往相比已取得长足发展,但通过横向对比却可以发现,哈尔滨市高技术产业的各项指标在全国尚处于弱势地位.为加快高技术产业发展,必须加大对高技术产业发展的支持力度.

| Abstract: | Accelerating development of high technology industries will play a tremendous supporting role to promote economic restructuring and stimulate upgrading the industrial structure.The various targets of technology industries in Harbin city have rapidly growed by longitudinal comparison,but in China have disadvantage position by crosswise comparison.We should strengthen supporting the development of the high tchnology industries in order to accelerate the development. |
