| 摘 要： | 农村治理中的种种问题在本质上是旧的国家与农民关系的表现,进一步厘清国家与农村社会的边界,给农民更广阔的自由生存、自主发展的空间,是改善农村治理的关键。因此,实行中国共产党领导下的“乡民自治”,改变目前“乡政村治”的乡村治理结构,从体制上消除旧的国家与农民关系最集中的载体,是解决当前“三农”问题的治本之策。

| Abstract: | All kinds of problems appeared in countryside fathering are representation of old relationship of nation and villager, so, the key to better the countryside government is to define the boundary of nation and countryside more further and to give villagers more free space of exist and development. Therefore, in order to solve the problems of countryside government, we must carry out the !villager self-government" under the leadship of CCP, and remodle the current mode of countryside government. |
