Discussion on Developing the Private Economy of Heilongjiang Province

Developing the private economy of the many economy components existing together as soon as possible is an important task at prensent and in future in Heilongjiang Province. The article analyses the current situation of the private economy and some problems compared with the developed provinces along the coast in China,suggests the development thinking of the private economy henceforth including innovation adjustment and escalation.
