| 摘 要： | 独立与融合是经济法30年发展历程中的两个主要特征.寻求独立的经济法地位是经济法学者一直努力的目标,但直到目前仍然没有形成统一的理论;融合是现代经济法发展和自我完善的必然和基本途径.经济法及其学科的发展需要处理好独立与融合之间的关系.

| Abstract: | The two basic characteristics of the study on economic law in the last three decades are the independence and fusion.Even though seeking an independent position for economic law has been the target of most economic law scholars,a commonly accepted theory has not been established;meanwhile,a fusion theory may be an ideal path for the development and improvement of modern economic law.It is necessary to balance independence and fusion for a better development of economic law and other branches of law. |
