| Abstract: | It first analyzes the formation of the Three Borderings (i. e. on rivers, the sea, and foreign countries) of
the opening situation of the Southwest, its basic conditions and locational preponderance, and the economy developing states of the peripheral regions and countries, then demonstrates its role and status in the opening, and finally points out the major problems it confronts and some countermeasures to accelerate its opening speed. |
