论和谐社会理论对"共同富裕"思想的承接

在新的历史条件下,我党提出构建社会主义和谐社会的战略任务,共同富裕是构建和谐社会题中应有之意.邓小平关于实现共同富裕起点的科学判断,关于实现共同富裕途径的理论与实践创新,关于防止两极分化的思考,为我国挣脱平均主义枷锁、摆脱贫穷、走向共同富裕作出了巨大的贡献.构建和谐社会的新思想继承、丰富、发展了邓小平共同富裕的理论,赋予共同富裕丰富的社会特征,赋予发展更丰富的内涵,赋予共同富裕以直接的现实性,推进了邓小平实现共同富裕的未竟事业.

On the Interface between the Conception of Harmonious Society and the Theory of Common Prosperity

Against a background of new socio-economic development the Communist Party of China initiated the strategic mission of constructing a socialist harmonious society(SHS),for which the theory of common prosperity(CP) is inherent.Deng Xiaoping's scientific criteria for the starting point of achieving CP,his theorization about and innovative practice in seeking approaches to CP,and his ideas on how to prevent polarity between rich and poor,have proved tremendously contributory to our struggle to shake off the yoke of egalitarianism and lift ourselves out of poverty towards CP.The new conception of constructing SHS inherits theoretical strengths from,enriches,and further develops Deng's theory of CP.It elucidates a rich variety of social characteristics of CP,enriches the meaning of development,bestows tangibility on CP,and carries forward Deng's course of materializing CP.
