90年代以来 ,随着冷战的结束 ,科学技术的迅猛发展 ,跨国公司规模的不断扩大 ,经济全球化进程明显加快 ,已成为世界经济发展的必然趋势。经济全球化不仅对各国及各国间的国际经济关系的影响是巨大的和深远的 ,而且不断地冲击着旧的国际经济秩序。经济全球化是一把“双刃剑” ,对全球经济发展既有有利的一面 ,又有不利的一面。为了减少经济全球化带来的经济发展的不平衡和建立新的国际经济关系秩序 ,就应不断完善国际经济法体系。国际经济法律体系的进一步完善 ,必将会为经济全球化创造一个更好的法律环境 ,提供可靠的法律保障

The Trend of Economic Globalization and International Economic Laws

Since the 1990's, with the end of the Cold War, rapid boom of science and technology and ever-extending scope of multinational companies, economic globalization has come to an inexorable trend in the development of global economy. It not only has produced a great and profound impact on various countries and international economic relations among them, but also has been pounding at the old international economic order. However, economic globalization is a "two-edge sword", producing positive influence upon global economy, negative one as well. The further perfection of international economic and legal systems is bound to create a more favorable legal environment and offer reliable legal security for economic globalization.
