经济发展的幸福转向

幸福作为最高的善，既是政治学追求的目的，也是好生活与好行为的有机统一。幸福感和幸福指数则是关于幸福的操作性定义，分别代表个人生活质量的主观感受和国民幸福的评价指标。经济发展与幸福生活之间不是简单的线性对应关系，而是一种复杂性的合力关系，因而经济发展人民未必幸福。要使经济发展与民众幸福的正向作用更为突出，政府组织必须施行更具包容性的以GDP和GNH为主要内容并有机结合的幸福新政，国民个人则必须学会使用重构认知、管好欲望、善用社会支持等幸福心法。

The Turn of Economic Development towards Happiness

As the supreme goodness,happiness is both the purpose of political science pursuit,and the organic unity of good life and good behavior.Sense of happiness and happiness index are the operational definitions of happiness,respectively representing the subjective experience of personal life quality and the assessment index of national happiness.Between economic development and happy life there is not a simple linear relationship,but a complex and interactive relationship.So the economic development does not necessarily bring people’s happiness.To highlight the positive effects between economic development and people’s happiness,government organizations must implement the happiness new deal which organically combines GDP and GNH as the main contents.As Chinese citizens,we must learn to make full use of happiness psychological methods such as re-cognition,desire control and good use of social support.
