| Abstract: | I order to adapt the socialist market economy to the establishment and development of the society, we should change the thoughts of the university library, clarify the guiding ideology of the library reform and construction, hold firmly to the modern a d multi-functional orientation, institute the specialization and techiniclization of the working staff, try to carry out the way of more industries supporting the culture, bring about a great development in the unity of library intelligence and establish the new operating mechanism of the library. |
