| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革是我国高等教育领域的一项重大改革.在改革的过程中,高校后勤必须适应市场经济的要求,建立起一种新型的既按市场规律运作,又具有教育特点的后勤保障体系.为此,应指定相应的制度和管理措施.
