The External Environment Analysis on Coal Enterprise of Henan Province

The key coal enterprise is the foundmental enterprise for the economic development of Henan Province,and is essential for the sustainable development of society and economy of Henan Province.The external environment beyond Henan Province can be subsequently divided into common environment,industrial environment,and enterprise operation environment,which make different influences on the operation and development of enterprise.The favorable and unfavorable external environments,which influence the operation and development of enterprise are discussed in this paper.This is the foundation for establishment of economic developmental Strategy.
