| Abstract: | Starting from research into family enterprises,this paper deals with the positive and negative influences of Chinese traditional culture on famihy enterprises.This paper comes to a conclusion that family enterprises shonld have their characteristics and have an ideal combination with chinese traditional culture when they design family enterprise culture. |
