| 摘 要： | 采用1996-2003年我国13家主要银行的PanelData分析了证券市场发展对我国银行利润的影响,发现我国目前银行与证券市场之间还处在一种低层次的竞争关系,没有形成良好有效的互动。直接融资的发展挤占了间接融资的利润。这一结论对当前我国金融结构的改革与发展以及从分业经营走向混业经营提供了警示。

| Abstract: | Based on the panel data of the major 13 banks in China from 1996 to 2003, this paper analyzes the change of the banks' profit, which was affected by the development of the security market. Low-level competition was found between the banks and the security market. They did not have a good interaction, and the development of direct financing squeezed the profit of indirect financing. This conclusion is constructive to the current reform of the financial structure and the trend of multiple businesses. |
