论文化产业政策的建构与创新

文化产业的发展需要完善的政策支持和调控。只有构建与世贸规则相适应且又符合我国国情和文化发展需要的文化产业政策,中国文化产业的“后发优势”才可能发挥出来。而要做到制度创新与政策创新的有机互动,加强文化产业政策理论的研究与探索也就显得十分必要与迫切。

On the Construction and Innovation of the Policy of Cultural Industry

The development of cultural industry needs the support and control of policies. So the competitive edge of China's cultural industry as a later comer can be brought out only by laying down cultural policies in line with both WTO rules and China's conditions and its cultural needs. In this case, to strengthen the theoretic study and exploration of the policies for cultural industry is urgent as well as necessary in order to realize the interaction between system innovation and policy innovation.
