| 摘 要： | 高校院(系)党总支是学校党委工作的基础,在学校改革和事业发展中发挥着承上启下的作用。院(系)党总支的建设水平及其作用发挥如何,将直接影响着学校各项工作的开展。所以,高校院(系)党总支必须从提高党的执政能力、巩固党的执政地位的高度,大力加强自身的思想建设、制度建设、队伍建设和作风建设。

| Abstract: | Colleges' grass-roots general Party branch is the foundation of the work of colleges' Party committee,which plays a link role in colleges' reform and development.Its level and performance will influence the carrying out of colleges' work directly.Therefore,each branch should enhance its development of system,ideas,team,and work style to improve the governing ability of CPC and consolidate its governing position. |
