论女性发展在社会发展中的作用——浅谈联合国千年发展目标中关于女性的发展

人们往往只是在传统价值观、风俗等社会学方面关注女性的发展，却忽视了女性发展也是社会发展和经济发展中的一个重要因素。女性的发展和教育水平影响了人口的出生率、儿童的教育水平和教育的效果并对资本的形成、劳动力资源的形成这两个经济发展中最重要的因素以及人类对抗疾病的效果等一系列社会发展因素产生重要影响。女性发展与各个国家经济发展差异的有显著的关联关系。对于中国不同地区的女性发展差异，尤其是男孩和女孩发展的明显差别不单纯地因为传统的价值观，更重要的是因为社会保障制度的不完善和不合理的改革。
