| 摘 要： | 古巴是西半球唯一的社会主义国家，自1959年革命胜利至今，却一直遭受美国的封锁与打压，这就使得古巴不得不将对外政策的重点转向苏联。但事实上，在苏联解体之前，古巴与苏联关系的发展也并不是一帆风顺的。本文试图从这一角度出发，深入剖析古苏关系的变化发展，并进一步揭示出苏联解体之前古苏关系的特点。

| Abstract: | Cuba is the sale socialist state of the Western Hemisphere, Which suffering the economic blockade and oppression from America from 1959. This made Cuba have to turn the core of foreign policy to Soviet. But in fact, the relationship between Cuba and Soviet was not a plainful sailing before the Disintegration of the Soviet Union. This paper will focus on the development and variations of Soviet Union - Cuban relationship, and reveal the characteristics of the relationship before the disintegration of the Soviet Union. |
