| 摘 要： | 关于人权的普遍性的争论已不是有无问题,而是如何理解的问题。从"三个代表"中可以透视出对人权普遍性的特定理解。人权的普遍性表现为一种可触摸性、可反思性和一般行为主体的根本利益一致性。这种理解以一种实在的质感满足,给人们提供了人权对话的行为平台。
