| 摘 要： | 从新历史法学来看,一人公司符合新历史法学反映时代精神的旨趣,从社会学法学角度来看,一人公司对社会整体利益具有促进作用,从经济学和经济分析法学来看,一人公司能够为社会多创造财富,有利于社会投资和资金流动,从新现实主义法学观来看,允许一人公司出现,将体现出促进经济和社会发展所必要的灵活性,在实践中为那些一人者提供更为宽松的环境.因此,设立一人股东公司,不但在实践中有此必要,而且还有诸多法学理论的支持.

| Abstract: | According to the science of new history laws,one-man company tallies with the aspiration and interest which the science of new history laws reflects echo spirits.From the science of law of social studies,one-man company promotes whole social profits.According to the science of economics and analysis laws,one-man company can create more riches for society and is benefical to social investment and funds for flowing.It will reflect the necessay flexibility which can promote the development of economics and society,and offers wider and happier enviroment for one-man creator.So setting up one-man companies is not only essential,but also supported by much theory of the science of law. |
