| Abstract: | In the legislative forms of circumstance crime in Chinese criminal law,there are some issues which should be perfected in the following aspects:firstly,standardize legal terms to keep legislative regulations in coherence;secondiy,interprete some concepts such as serious circumstances appearing in the notes appended to criminal law;thirdly,strengthen legislative explanation and limit judicial explanation. |
