| 摘 要： | 陈昭常作为延吉边务督办与边务帮办昊禄贞共同参与“间岛”交涉，在交涉过程中积极奏请清政府及早解决界务纠纷，并采取一系列措施抵制日人侵略，在对抗侵略、保护领土主权方面起到了一定的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Chen Zhaochang,as the supervision of Yanji Edge Services,participated in Jiandao negotiation with the deputy Wu Luzheng.In the course of negotiation,they asked positively Qing government for the early resolution of disputes, and adopted a series of measures to resist Japanese aggression.They had played a certain positive role in the fighting against aggression and protecting the territorial integrity and sovereignty. |
