| 摘 要： | 民营企业的快速发展为其二次创业提供了机遇,但也存在国内外的挑战。对策是:提高民营企业经营管理者的素质、逐步建立现代企业制度、建立先进的企业文化、增加科技投入、建立健全保护私有财产的法律制度、建立高效廉洁和服务型政府、加大财税金融支持。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of individually-run enterprises creates not only opportunities for them to start a new undertaking but also challenges at home and abroad.The countermeasures are to improve the quality of managers in individually-run enterprises,to establish advanced enterprise culture,to increase science and technology input,to complete the legal system to protect private property,to build the government into honest and service-oriented government and to strength the financial supports. |
