| 摘 要： | 从名实论、尚贤论、去私论三个方面分析《尸子》的社会政治思想,从治学方法、思维方式、思想体系三个方面分析《尸子》一书的学派属性,可知《尸子》应属于战国时期楚国黄老学派的一部重要著作。
