| 摘 要： | 中国现行的1982年宪法经过了4次修改，修改的根本原因是经济体制改革。依据马克思主义法学原理，具体阐述在经济体制改革过程中出现的与宪法的某些规定不适应的理论和实践问题，提出通过宪法的修改和完善，可使得宪法与时俱进。

| Abstract: | The constitution of China issued in 1982 has been amended four times.The root cause is involved in economic system reform.On the basis of Marxist law theory,the paper stated elaborately that in the process of the economic system reform,it appears a lot of theoretical and practical problems which are not adaptable to the current constitution.By amendment to the constitution,the constitution can advance with the time and approach to perfection. |
