国有企业经营者薪酬激励模式探析

摘    要:如何对国有企业经营者进行有效激励,一直是理论界和企业家们研究、探讨和关注的热点、焦点、难点问题,也是多年来政府想解决却一直没有完全解决好的问题。本文从我国国有企业经营者薪酬激励历史沿革、存在的问题、目前国有企业经营者薪酬激励推进改革的主要方式等方面进行阐述,并进一步提出完善国有企业经营者薪酬激励模式的对策和思考。

Abstract:How to encourage the state-owned enterprise managers has been a hotspot,focus and difficult issues in the theoretical field and for the executives and the government.This paper presents the historical development and the problems of the salary-based incentive system for the state-owned enterprise managers as well as the present reform of the salary-based incentive system.It further presents the counter-policies and thinking as to how to improve the salary-based incentive system for the state-owned enterprise managers.
