| 摘 要： | 警体训练伤害事故是公安院校教育训练中不可避免的一个事实,也是困扰警体教师、影响警训工作和教学秩序的严重问题。在对待警体训练伤害事故问题上,既要研究法律,明确学校和警体教师在伤害事故中的法律责任;又要重视预防处理,把伤害事故降到最低限度,切实维护学校、警体教师和学生的合法权益。训练是手段,健康是目的,警体训练伤害事故的有效预防,应是公安院校警训工作的重要组成部分,是警察体育教学改革和发展的基本要求,也是依法治校,依法执教的必然趋势。
