| 摘 要： | 新疆特有的地缘和资源优势,吸引了越来越多跨国公司,从而带动了新疆经济整体水平的提高,成为新疆经济发展的推动力,但其存在的诸多问题也对新疆经济社会发展带来一些不容忽视的负面作用,应进一步扩大开放度,趋利避害,迎接新一轮外商投资的热潮。

| Abstract: | The unique geographical and resource advantages in Xinjiang have attracted more and more multi-national corporations that help to improve the overalleconomic level in Xinjiang and that drive forward the economic growth in Xinjiang.But,at the same time,there are many accompanying side effects that cannot be ignored in Xinjiang's social and economic development.This paper proposes that efforts must be made to press forward with the reform and opening up by seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages so as to embrace another round of foreign investments. |
