地方政府应急管理能力：影响因素及实现路径

随着社会经济的快速发展,我国已进入了一个高风险时期,各类突发公共事件频繁发生,对我国的经济发展和社会稳定造成重大影响。因此,提升应急管理能力成为各级地方政府必须重视而且不可回避的一项工作。就地方政府应急管理能力提升的必要性及影响因素进行了分析,并在此基础上,提出了提升地方政府应急管理能力的实现路径。

Local Government Emergency Management: Influencing Factors and the Implementation Path

With the rapid socio-economic development,China has entered a high-risk period,all kinds of unexpected public incidents occur frequently,on China＇s economic development and social stability of a significant impact.Therefore,strengthening emergency management capabilities at all levels and it can not be avoided that local governments must pay attention to the work.In this paper,local governments need to enhance emergency management capabilities and the influencing factors were in-depth analysis,and on this basis,the proposed local government emergency management capabilities to enhance the realization of the path.
