摘    要:李文浩在20世纪30年代历任中原煤矿公司监督、董事长,中福公司总经理。任职期间,他整顿中原煤矿公司,改行里工制及实行临时奖励制、赢余提奖制,刷新工政;厘定章则,明确责任,使职工有章可依;确立预算,审核决算,实行会计独立;淘汰冗员,选贤任能,使人尽其才;厘定抚恤制及年金制,提高工人工资待遇,既酬其劳又养其后;改善生活、医疗条件和生活环境;维护民族资本利益和国家权益;实行煤矿安全生产检查制度,先安全,后生产,不安全,不生产;重视教育事业,提高地方教育经费补助标准,广开培植人才渠道等等。经过一系列改革,公司发展渐有起色。但由于公司生存环境、个人因素和国际经济危机等因素影响,改革很快陷入困境,其成功经验与失败教训值得后人借鉴。

Abstract:Li Wenhao served successively as the supervisor,chairman and general manager of Zhongyuan Company.During his tenure,he put forward measures for the improvement of the company such as direct recruiting of workers,new reward systems,formulating regulations and clarifying responsibilities, establishing budget and audit systems,new employment and pension system,improving employees' living and medical conditions,safeguarding national capital,implementing strict production check system to ensure safety in production and putting emphasis on education,etc.After a series of reforms,the company was beginning to make progress.However,because of the overall environment,personal factors and international economic crisis,the reforms soon met with troubles.His success and failures can serve as references or experiences for others.
