对大生企业早期股份制的审视与析论

On Shares System of Dasheng Group In Its Early Years

In the period of China＇s early mordernization,the initiative of capital underwent a long process.Even today,to a great degree,this process still exists. Dasheng Industrial Group which rose in modern times converted social finance and government money into industrial capital mainly through shares systems.Before 1912,more than twenty enterprises belonging to Dasheng Group with joint-stock system were established in Northern Jiangsu,which was one of a few areas where the share holding system had been practiced within China at that time.Dasheng Group adopted a remodeled European stock system so that a Dasheng-style system with a number of special characteristics could survive and work on.Dasheng Group provided experiences and lessons for the privately-run enterprises in China in their operation and accumulation of capital.
