| 摘 要： | 通过大学生心理健康教育课程试点研究表明开设心理健康教育课程并辅以心理咨询是提高大学生心理健康水平的有效措施之一;开设心理健康教育课程必须贯彻以学生为中心,以科学性为基础的思想;心理健康教育课程的主要内容应由心理健康教育的理论与技术、大学生团体心理健康教育和个别心理辅导三部分组成;心理健康教育课程的教学模式是"面上集中释疑,线上互相解释,点上个别辅导".

| Abstract: | By studied cases of the curriculum of psychological health education,the results showed:it was one of the most effective measures that the course of psychological health education was set up,at the same time,mental counseling was arranged as a assistant way;it must be carried through the thought to be a focus of students and to be based on science;the curriculum of psychological health education consists of theory and technology ,group psychological health education and individual counseling,The teaching model of the course of psychological health education was "clearing one's doubt for all ,explaining each other for group,counseling for individual student". |
