学术期刊的规范性与内在要求——兼论学术期刊界定的框架

在我国经济社会转型期，期刊与学术双重“失范”、学术期刊概念不清、界限不明是困扰我国学术界和期刊界的主要问题，有必要重新探讨学术期刊的内在要求和基本规范，以此为现有期刊的分类界定提供理论支撑。根据学术期刊的本质与相关规定．学术期刊的规范性应该包含学术规范性和编排规范性两个方面的内容；重点讨论了学术期刊的学术规范性。并以此为基础构建了厘清学术期刊范畴、评价学术期刊规范性的框架模型，阐述了该模型涉及的定性、定量指标体系。为进一步对具体学科领域的学术期刊的界定和规范性评价奠定了基础。

Normalization of Academic Journals and Its Essential Requirements——A Framework for Defining Scholarly Periodicals

In China＇s economic and social transition periods, the main problems of academia and journal industry are the ＂dual anomie＂ of journals and academics, the bleary concept and obscure limits of academic journals. It is necessary to re-examine the internal requirements and basic criteria of academic journals, so as to provide theoretical support for the classification and defining of present journals. According to the nature and relevant regulations of academic journals, the normalization of scholarly journals should include the academic normalization and standardization of edition, design, printing and press. And the academic normalization is discussed particularly. Based on this, the framework model for clarifying the scope and evaluating the normalization of academic journals is put forward. And the evaluation index system, including the qualitative and quantitative indicators, is analyzed respectively. This paper has laid the foundation for the classification and evaluation of journals involved in specific subjects.
