| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来，许多新兴的信息资源需要专有保护，但将其纳入传统的知识产权法保护，显得力不从心，且有很多盲区和不便。故此，必须创设一个新的概念—－信息产权。信息产权的外延广于知识产权，但知识产权是信息产权的一个主要组成部分，信息产权由知识产权和其他专有信息产权两部分构成。同时，以传统的知识产权法为骨干，以其他的专有信息产权法为补充，构建一个体系完整、适应信息时代需要的法学理论体系。

| Abstract: | With the coming of information era, the traditional intellectual property law can't protect the newly-developed informational property right thoroughly. So the establishment of informational property right and the construction of legal system of information cored on intellectual property law are needed to adapt the theoretical and practical needs of informational era. |
