| 摘 要： | 正处于青年期的大学新生,在入学初期产生许多不适应是普遍性的。高校应抓住大学新生的思想特点,教育和帮助他们完成角色转换,提高心理适应能力,尽快实现由不适应向适应的转变,实现个体心理与外部环境的协调一致,促进大学新生身心的健康发展。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of college life , the unadaptable among young freshmen is by no means rare . Therefore , the college must pay ample attention to the problem in the freshmen's adaptation . It should keep a firm grip on their ideological characteristics , educate them and help them to make a role change ,enhance their psychological adaptability , and make their individual psychology be in harmony with a new external environment , thus promoting their healthy development in body and mind . |
