| 摘 要： | 长期以来农业为工业的发展牺牲的太多,导致近年来农村各种矛盾凸显,并且长期积淀下来的一些历史遗留问题未得到很好的解决,改革发展中又出现了一些新的矛盾,农村人民内部矛盾已经成为摆在全党、全社会面前的重要课题。要妥善解决新时期农村人民内部矛盾就必须从生产力建设、制度建设、思想文化建设等各方面着手解决。
