| 摘 要： | 中国-东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)建设已进入实质性阶段.至2010年,中国与东盟老成员国将建成自由贸易区,2015年,东盟新成员国与中国将实现自由贸易.CAFTA将给中国和东盟带来正的经济效应,也会带来负的经济效应.
