| Abstract: | This paper defines the concept of population aging theoretically,makes a systematic discussion on its emergence,influence and trend,analyzes the present status and characteristics of the retired in universities and expounds methods and measures to strengthen the work towards population aging in universities with the purpose to raise the consciousness of its importance and urgency so as to provide some reference for works towards population aging and promote its healthy development. |
