对森工林区构建和谐社会之思考

林业在人类生态环境建设中的功能与作为,其他任何行业无与伦比。由于长期受计划经济体制的束缚和影响,其资源危机、经济危困的“两危”局面目前仍没有得到彻底缓解。鉴于此,森工林区构建和谐社会,应深化产权制度改革,优化产业结构,不断开拓后续产业新领域,实现经济持续快速协调健康发展;加强党风廉政建设,增强党员干部落实“两个务必”思想的自觉性;妥善处理不同利益主体的关系,切实维护并实现社会公平与正义;通过小康型生态园林化林场、文明小区和群众文化建设,满足职工群众日益增长的精神文化需要,促进人的全面发展。

Thinking on Establishing a Harmonious Society in Regions of Forest Product Industry

During the construction of human ecological environment,forest industry has been playing the role that cannot be substituted by other industries,while it is cornered in the embarrassment from both resources crisis of local areas and economy development and has not walked out the dilemma yet.Under such conditions,regions of foreign industry aiming at building a harmonious society should handle well the following aspects: deepening property rights reform,optimizing industrial structure,exploring follow-up industries to ensure the economic development rapid,sound,coordinated and continuous;building a clean and honest government and outing forward Party's work style,and strengthening the implementation of cadres' self-consciousness of "two necessities;" handling well with the relations among different interest groups to uphold fairness and justice in society;building well-off ecological garden-style forest centers,civilized communities and forming cultural progress among the masses,so as to meet the ever-increasing needs of employee and masses in ideology and culture and to realize the all-round development of man.
