基于“大论文观”的英语专业毕业论文质量研究

从“大论文观”出发，通过对北京信息科技大学近三年英语专业毕业论文质量问题的分析，认为英语专业毕业论文质量的下滑，与当前英语专业的课程设置有必然联系。提出要从根本上遏制英语专业毕业论文质量下滑，必须改革和完善现行基础课程、专业课程及实践环节教学，建立毕业论文课程体系并做到写作实践四年不断线。

Research on the Quality of English Majors' Thesis: From a Macro Perspective

From a macro perspective,this paper analyzes the quality of English majors’ thesises in the latest three years in Beijing Information Science and Technology University.It is found that the fall in this quality is correlated to the current curriculum design,and that to contain this trend,the structure of courses,both the basic and specialty and practical ones as well should be reformed.It is suggested that the thesis curriculum system be established so as to guarantee the continuity of writing exercises all through the four school years.
