| 摘 要： | 中西方权利观念存在着一定的差异。在中国法治现代化进程中，正确解读权利观念是关涉法治程度高低的一个重要内容。现代的权利观念是与西方理性主义文化紧密结合的。它与理性主义传统、个人主义文化、权利斗争与权利发展有着不可分割的关系。

| Abstract: | There are some differences of the right ideas between Chinese and occident.In the course of the rule of law modernization in china,we must explain reasonable the fight ideas,because it is concerned to the degree on the rule of law.The rights idea of the age must be combined with the rational culture of occident, which is concerned to rational tradition,individualism culture,struggle of human rights and fight development. |
