现代服务业人才培养模式的研究与实践

近年来,为适应社会产业结构的调整和地方经济文化发展的需要,我校围绕宾馆饭店、航空服务、度假旅游等休闲服务业,根据学校办学特色,进行专业建设和课程改革,保证人才培养进出管道的畅通,逐步建成与社会主义市场经济体制和科技发展相适应的、具有地方特色的服务业人才培养模式和教育教学体系。本文对我校近年来在现代服务业人才培养模式研究与实践中的经验成果进行了总结与探讨。
