| 摘 要： | 蔡希勤、赖波、夏玉和等对长期困扰翻译界的厚今薄古,重洋轻中的怪圈现象,提出了挑战,他们合作英译的《论语》对推介中国传统文化有着积极的作用。当然,译本中也难免存在瑕疵,仔细思考这些问题,对做好翻译工作有着积极的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | For years, translators value the present and foreign,while slight the past and Chinese.The current English version of the Analects of Confucius challenges this abnormal tendency. Its publication plays posive role in the spreadig of Chinese culture. Not surprisingly, there exist some defects in the version. Meditations over all these may help us improve our translation cause as a whole. |
