| 摘 要： | 制度的功能发挥过程是复杂多端的.自发形成的制度的功能演变大致是由满足占主导发展为限制占主导,而自觉设立的制度的功能演变则复杂得多.制度变迁始于社会成员对制度限制功能的反抗.制度变迁的理想目标为制度文明,而制度文明的产生更是交织着种种矛盾.制度创新需要遵循一定的原则.

| Abstract: | The process in which a system gives play of its funciton is marked to be complicated. The spontaneous funcition develops from satisfaction as dominatnt position to limitation. Meanwhile the consciously established function evolves in a much more complicated process. The change of a system begins from the resistance to the limited system by the social members. The change of a system aims at founding a civilized system, but the process in establishing a civilized system is interwoven with all kinds of contradictions. Therefore, system innovation must follow certain principles. |
