新形势下高校思政工作进学生公寓的探索与实践

伴随着高等教育大众化和高校后勤社会化的时代潮流,学生公寓的地位显得愈来愈重要:既是学生学习、生活、思想、情感交流的基本空间,也是日常教育管理的基本载体与落脚点,更是全面发展成才的有效载体。但高校学生思想政治工作进公寓也因此面临观念缺乏、工作模式、工作难度与服务差距的诸多挑战。面对挑战:观念必须与时俱进;全新的工作组织网络和工作机制必须建立;应通过公寓文化建设渗透思想政治教育;更应完善以学生为本的公寓服务体系。

Ideological and Political Work in College Students' Dormitories under the New Situation:Probe and Practice

With the popularization of higher education and the socialization of rear service in colleges and universities,the position of college students' dormitories is getting more important every day.However,this has presented many challenges to ideological and political work in college students' dormitories.In the face of all challenges,we must make our concepts keep pace with the times,establish the brand-new work organization network and the work mechanism,make ideological and political education penetrate deeply into the dormitories by developing dormitory culture,and improve the dormitory service system in which students are put above all else.
