On the Cultivation of Knowing-Acting Unity in College Students' Ideological Education

The knowing-acting dislocation in moral education of college students finds expression in such 4 discrepancies as between 1) lofty ideals and practical pursuance,2) refined culture and vulgar culture,3) moral cognition and moral practice and 4) level of rational knowledge and the self-centered acts.It is the key to bridging the gap between the students' knowing and acting in ideological and moral education to reform the current mode of teaching and methods of examinations and to give full play to the exemplifying role of teachers.
