| 摘 要： | 传统的个案工作教学模式以知识为中心,强调通过教师讲授“客观”知识过程,让学生掌握个案工作的一般理论、原则和方法等。为了克服传统个案工作教学模式的局限,文章认为需要把教师和学生的对话作为教学中心,让教师和学生从各自的感受出发进行平等的对话交流,培养教师和学生的批判性反思能力。
