| 摘 要： | 香港的法律援助制度体系完备且独具特色 ,而内地的援助制度尚处于起步阶段。在援助立法、援助范围和对象与援助配套的连动机制等问题上 ,内地与香港存在较大差距。香港在法律援助上的成功经验对该制度在内地的发展和健全具有重要的借鉴意义

| Abstract: | The system of legal aid of Hong Kong is perfect and distinctive,while that of the interior of China is still in its beginning stages.There is a gap between them in some aspects,such as their legislation,range and object,and related systems.The experiences of Hong Kong concerning this system can be used for reference in developing and perfecting the same system in the interior of China. |
