摘    要:本文结合素质教育的教学实践,分析了"两课"教师应具备的政治、品德、知识结构和创新能力的整体素质要求,并在强化教师的业务学习,教学研究、队伍建设和实践环节等几个方面提出了具体的素质提高措施.

Abstract:Combined with the teaching practice of quality-oriented education, this text analyzes about the whole quality requirements of the political, morality, knowledge structure and innovative ability which a teacher of the "The two lesson" should possess .At the meanwhile, the essay gives several specific improved measures in the terms of strengthening the teachers' vocational learning, teaching study, building team, practical link and put forward the concrete improvement measure.
