| Abstract: | Combined with the teaching practice of quality-oriented education, this text analyzes about the whole quality requirements of the political, morality, knowledge structure and innovative ability which a teacher of the "The two lesson" should possess .At the meanwhile, the essay gives several specific improved measures in the terms of strengthening the teachers' vocational learning, teaching study, building team, practical link and put forward the concrete improvement measure. |
